My device has been listed for a few weeks, but it still hasn’t sold. Can I lower the price to help it sell faster?

If your device isn’t selling, it might just be because there aren’t a lot of buyers at the time. But if you want to lower the price, simply click the LOG IN via the home, sell or buy pages to access your management features. Tap the user icon to view the management menu and select LISTINGS. From the COLLECTION tab you can access all your listed phones and change their prices.
